Features

Through a cooking method (LT-LT) that uses lower temperature and heating for a long time, the purpose is to bring out the best effect of raw materials (especially meat)

The basic method is to put the food into a plastic bag and vacuum seal, then put the whole bag into hot water and cook it (usually between 65°C and 90°C) for 2~8 hours
Reduce the loss of moisture, flavor and aroma
